Scanner Settings Item Resolution Description Specifies the resolution for scanning the original. Value • 100 × 100dpi • 150 × 150dpi • 200 × 200dpi • 300 × 300dpi • 400 × 400dpi • 600 × 600dpi Default: [300 × 300dpi] Compression (Color) Limitless Scan Specifies the color compression ratio for JPEG files. The lower the compression ratio, the higher the quality but greater the file size. Sets the machine to request next originals when scanning with the exposure glass. • Low • Medium • High Default: [Medium] • Off • On Default: [Off] Single/ Multi Page Specifies whether to create a multi-page file containing all pages or separate single-page files when scanning multiple pages. • Multi-page • Single Page Default: [Multi-page] Note that a scanned file can contain multiple pages only when the file format is PDF or TIFF.
