7. Configuring the Machine Using the Control Panel Item Reset Settings Description Be sure not to clear the settings by mistake. Value • Reset All Settings Resets the machine's settings to their defaults except the following: • Language settings • Country/Region settings • Network settings • Fax destinations Press [Yes] to execute. Tools Lock Specifies an eight-digit password for accessing the [Address Book], [Network Settings], and [Administrator Tools] menus. The password must be specified during the Initial Setup, which is required after turning on the machine for the first time. For details, see Setup Guide. Do not forget this password.
