10. Troubleshooting If paper jams inside the transfer unit If paper jams inside the transfer unit, follow the procedure below to remove it. 1. Pull the front cover open lever and then carefully lower the front cover. 2 1 ECC115 2. Carefully remove any paper that is jammed under the transfer unit.
