6. Sending and Receiving a Fax Receiving a fax using the control panel 1. Press the [Home] key. 2. Press the [Setting] icon on the [Home] screen. 3. Press [Fax Settings]. 4. Press [Reception Settings]. 5. Press [ ] twice. 6. Press [Manual POP]. 7. In the confirmation screen, press [Yes]. The machine checks for new e-mails and downloads them if there is any. Receiving a fax using Web Image Monitor 1. Start the Web browser, and access the machine by entering its IP address. The top page of Web Image Monitor appears. 2. Click [Network Settings]. 3. Click the [Internet Fax] tab. 4. Select "Automatic POP" to [Active] or [Inactive]. [Active]: Automatic reception [Inactive]: Manual reception 5. Enter the administrator password. 6. Click [OK]. 7.
